Green On Ramp actively supports and participates in the Electric Vehicle Community. You’ll frequently find our team volunteering and going the extra green mile. Early in our EV Journey we spent every spare moment possible supporting grass organizations:
Electric Auto Association
Founded in 1967, the Electric Auto Association accelerates the widespread adoption of plug-in electric vehicles through education and advocacy. Silicon Valley Chapter holds monthly meetings with educational programs that are open to the public.
Bay Area LEAF Enthusiasts
The Nissan LEAF is the first mass production Electric Vehicle. Owners and fans join together to share ideas and tips to make the most out of their LEAF experience. As early adopters, LEAF owners take seriously their role to spread the word about Electric Vehicles.
Plug-In America
Plug In America promotes battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. They work to accelerate the shift to plug-in vehicles powered by clean, affordable, domestic electricity to reduce our nation’s dependence on petroleum and improve the global environment. Project Green On Ramp actively supports PIA through local an regional events including National Plug-In Day each Fall.
